343 Sansome
- 343 Sansome combines a 16-story structure with a significant historic building on a full-block site.
- 343 Sansome was one of the first buildings approved since the passage of Proposition M, and reflects the scale of development for San Francisco under the Downtown Plan.
- At 16 stories, the project avoids the creation of new shadows on public park spaces and is sympathetic to the height, scale and design of neighboring buildings.
- The lobby level includes a sculpture court and entrances off both Sansome and Sacramento Streets.
- There is also 13,000 square feet of retail space, with storefronts opening on Sansome, Sacramento and Leidesdorff streets.
- A landscaped roof garden is open to the public.
- A kinetic Metal Sculpture/Fountain by artist Pol Bury is in the lobby
