The upper floors of this mixed-used office and residental tower fracture the lower punched-window wall into fracture the lower punched-window wall into faceted galss cubes. This intelligent solution to the problem of how to scale back the mass of a skyscrper begins with small balconies, continues through an exposure of the fram in concrete piers and beams, and culminates with distended window surfaces at the penthouse level.
