From a distance, this is the building that makes San Francisco look like Oz. The tower's unique pyramidal form is accentuated by flared wings, and tops out-via an aluminum spire-at 853 feet, the city's tallest building; its uniques shape allows mor light to reach the streets below. Frm up close, the base resembles old-growth tectonic forest of piers that become a diagonal-truss framework that supports the tapered office tower (faced in pre-cast quartz aggregate).
